Seriously best haircut and highlight I've gotten in a long time! Kell's salon is very clean and inviting! It is my favorite place to get my hair done. I've already referred several of my friends to Kell Grace. You should totally make an appointment and experience the V.I.P. Treatment all her clients receive!
