My friend Judi & I went up Friday 6/29/18, in the 4pm hour. The Shirley Irene was by far not packed, for a Friday afternoon. A staff member at the ticket booth was very friendly & helpfull, when we bought tickets & when I confirmed with her the time of the last ferry out of Kelleys. It was a good, smooth ride over & back, as the weather was good, but on the HOT side. The lounge/restroom area at the Marblehead dock is nice, with pop & snack machines.
