RecommendedGreat people, quick ride, smooth . Best way to get to KI
Doesn’t run every half hour as stated. Waited an hour for a boat and no we didn’t miss the window. Waited on the water for quite some time for a boat from the same company to dock that left way after we did without any form of communication. Next time jet express!! And we’re still waiting on the water while the other boat not only unloads but loads again.... terrible customer service
We have never had a bad experience! The staff is wonderful and friendly and the ticket procedure is very straight forward!
The girl at the gate is super rude! Long dark hair chunky girl with a rude attitude made us never go back. We got the OK wave from the boat guy getting off and didn’t know(as first timers) that we didn’t need our boat receipt. Instead of being cool and explaining that we need to keep it she was RUDE, snapped her nails on the plastic glass around her and said in a nasty attitude that I got on video that we need it or we pay $10. Terrible customer service, tall dark haired girl employee treated us like second class citizens. First time experience with this ferry vs. jet express and this will be our last, ticket collection is super vague. We were punished for throwing our ticket away after getting off the boat. Terrible staffing on land, she was more than rude. Customer service is your best entity.
Enjoyed the Ferry ride over earlier in the day but the evening ride back had to deal with the Kamikaze May flies dive bombing into you like the Japanese Kamikaze pilots Insane

The staff is great. Really friendly!
Biking all day on the longest day of the year. We had a smooth ride back and with pleasant atmosphere. 🚴🏼♂️🚴🏼♀️❤️🌊🌊
