Thank you for being a ferry. Traveled across the lake and back again. Your rates are true, you're a boat going dock to dock.
There was bad weather most of the day, so only the big boat was on the lake. I waited 5 hours in line to get on the the boat I understand the the weather component of this but when the lake calmed down the smaller boats were not brought back in service to shorten the wait time
They got us there safe and sound! Very fun ride!
We love this Ferry. Very nice staff and and an easy off-on to the island.

I've been using this ferry service since its inception and have always received friendly customer service and safe passage. There were 2 bad apples in the bunch(alway are). They are no longer with the company. I have known the office manager and 2 of the ticket booth ladies for many years. Wonderful, friendly, personable and professional.
The line was short and my six-year-old and I loved the views!
