My Mom bought an 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander. The dealer said they had detailed it for us when we picked it up. Ha! It was disgusting. Dog hair, cigarette smell, headlights so yellow it was like butter, stained seats and the paint hadn't been waxed. I knew only a professional detailer could help.
