Crew was timely and professional and asked for input at the beginning of the work. The only issue is that I should have asked for more shaping of the trees that were pruned - the expectation was that they would be shaped to compliment the surrounding vegetation. Also, although very minor, there was a fair amount trimmings left in the trees and around the base.
My experience with Kelley Tree Service was nothing short of excellent. Their quote was reasonable; they worked with me on scheduling; They arrived on time; worked quickly and safely; cleaned up after they left; and coordinated stump removal and grinding that took place at a later date.

Ryan has been great! We had many large trees in our yard that were dead. He took the time to go through all the trees in the yard to determine which ones needed to come down, taking the time to explain why and point out parasite damage to look for. The turnaround time for coming back to take them down was almost immediate and the guys that came were great. They cleaned up great afterwards.
