Had my annual exam. Instead of getting submitted as routine, which it was, they put it through my medical insurance. So, I owed them over $100 since I hadn't met my deductible. I talked to a staff person almost 2 weeks ago. They said they would ask doc to review and probably resubmit. Told me to call back in a week. I have left 3 messages and gotten no response.
