I went to see Dr Rouse on referral for issues related to menopause. She was really awful, she was condescending and was clearly biased before she said one word to me. She had not looked at my health record which she had access to, immediately suggested tests I had already done. She had no idea on how to treat menopause and absolutely no interest in discussing my symptoms. She didn't even do the yearly exam I scheduled. She was just really awful, shortest appointment i have ever had!

I would not recommend Dr. Rouse for any of my family’s care. She did not listen to any of my concerns during my pregnancy. My child was born with multiple congenital issues that should have been seen when I addressed my issues with her. Everything I told her was brushed aside until it became an emergent situation.

Hands down I would recommend Dr Rouse to family and friends. I was looking for a doctor who was personable, patient centered and experienced. Dr. Rouse meets all of these criteria. She also LISTENED to my concerns and within 5 minutes gave me feedback on what she thought was going on. These same concerns have been blown off by another provider for years. Further testing confirmed her hunches and I've never felt better after treatment. So appreciative.
