Had a friend refer Kelley Restoration, *** to me. I was impressed with them from the start. ***** came out to give me an estimate the day after I first called him. Their pricing is very competitive and materials are high quality. The crew that came to install the roof was excellent. Roof and facia was installed in two days and the gutters and downspouts on another day. Everything looks great and they cleaned up the site well. Would definitely recommend!
Professional, easy to communicate with, initial reaction was I felt extremely comfortable **************. To me, initial impressions are the ones that matter. He went on the roof, took pictures, n explained what he found on my 25 year old roof. Written estimate was given n timetable for completion was given to me without any pressure. From start to finish, ***** was professional, easy to work with, great communication and he is honest. He went above and beyond on this job, even before we signed a contract with him. Kelley Restoration, Inc worked on my roof and I couldn't be more pleased. The professionalism, quality, explanations, and fair price was outstanding. They came out several times as I had meetings with my insurance adjuster and wanted their opinion as well.
