Renting from them was a breeze. However, the day of my event was a complete nightmare. The driver was 2 hours late, they said he had van troubles but I think it was the fact that the driver had no help with all the deliveries he had that day. When he finally arrived after my event started me and my guest had to help with set up. When I reached out to get compensated for the lost hour of my rental, they refused and only offered 20% off my future rental which I will not be using. We actually had a great experience with Kelley rentals despite the negative reviews. I’m writing on behalf of my dad Marco Rincon since he doesn’t have a google account. They’re always nice when we go into the office and Bill was great with my dad and communicating. And he got his deposit back as well.
