Had an appointment to check out a property they had listed for rent. Showed up on time for my appointment. No one else was there. Called the agent I had been speaking with, left a voicemail. 15 minutes later, still nothing. Texted the agent and finally got a response. Told me the property had already been rented and said he was sick as if that was an excuse for not letting me know. It’s not difficult to make a phone call or send a email. Sue Kelley is the most knowledgeable agent I have ever worked with. She is there for locals whether they buy, sell, or are looking at options. No one knows land division like Sue Kelley.

I never think it is appropriate for a professional to rudely hang up on someone who has a question about why she is advertising a house that, as advertised, cannot be built because it violates the covenants of the neighborhood. I attempted to share my concern and she rudely cut me off mid sentence by hanging up. An amazing lack of understanding in the power of reviews. I would advise any and all potential clients to READ THE COVENANTS before you proceed with this realtor.
