Had an appointment to check out a property they had listed for rent. Showed up on time for my appointment. No one else was there. Called the agent I had been speaking with, left a voicemail. 15 minutes later, still nothing. Texted the agent and finally got a response. Told me the property had already been rented and said he was sick as if that was an excuse for not letting me know. It’s not difficult to make a phone call or send a email.
