First of all within four year I had to get two prosthetics done on my left eye never had to go through that before my first one lasted 15 years From another doctor they don’t take insurance they charge you for everything. Also I called three times to get my eye polished. Never got a call back, but if I owe them money, I’m sure they would call me right away. We’ll never go there again.

I was not happy. They made the prosthesis, they saw it wasn't quite right but didn't correct it. They told me usually they have people come back in a year but they had me come back in 6 month. They saw how it needed to be corrected and said if I call back in a couple of days they would fix the small area. When I called I was told that they didn't mean what they told me before I left the office. My last appointment was Dec 2nd. Unsatisfied with my experience. This office told me that they take my insurance. The day before the appointment they told me that they do not take my insurance but they will reschedule so they have time to verify my insurance. When I was called to verify my 2nd appointment, I was told that they DO take my insurance. I showed up for my 2nd appointment and after the appointment was over, I was given a bill which I then had to pay out of pocket before leaving. Amazing from Start to finish. I have been a patient of Dr Kelley since I was 14 years old. He takes the time to talk to you and understand your concerns. Dr Kelleys work is hands down the best in the business.
