If I could give zero stars I would. This guy just takes your money - goes MIA for months at a time, and then sends additional bills after you could not get ahold of him. The entire staff is unprofessional… It’s known among family and estate lawyers in the area that this guy is a crook who takes your money and runs… numerous complaints have already been made to the law board. As soon as he gets bad reviews he takes the account down and starts a new one. BUYER BEWARE.
I have known Kelley Whalen for about 20 years. He is a wonderful resource professionally. I have used him for real estate closings, Wills, legal advice, as well as assisting in elder-care matters in my caring for my mother. The offices of Kelley F. Whalen was absolutely amazing in taking care of my needs. When my husband passed and did not have a will. They made the whole experience so easy. The were wonderful and always communicated with me if there was any information that changed or I may need to be updated on. I had the privilege of speaking with Mr. Whalen a couple times and what a kind and extremely knowledgeable person he is. Everyone was amazing!! Thank you for all of your help!! I worked with this office regarding a lawsuit that was filed against me and they were great! They looked at every avenue possible that might be helpful to me. Not helpful to my CASE, but helpful to ME, regardless of the case. This makes all of the difference. There's a more urgent desire to help when you can see your clients as people. In 2019 I found myself with a medical issues that affected my finances in a negative aspect. As a result in 2020 a suit was brought against me from a company I owed money. Working with the Law Office of Kelley Whalen they were able to help me settle the suit brought against me. They were courteous and understanding of my situation and took their time to listen and understand my specific situation. I respect everyone there in the highest regards with a special recognition to Terri Ryan.
I would highly recommend anyone to come here. They are very knowledgeable, prompt with responses, and give excellent customer service. They really do care about what you are going through. Terri Kelly is an awesome person and takes care of business.
