Dr. Bannigan is one of the kindest, professional, intelligent, and genuinely caring surgeon I have ever had. Her bedside manner is nothing like I’ve ever seen before. She truly cares. She spent so much time with me explaining and making sure that I understood everything that was going to happen. I have had many many surgeries. If you had asked me for a review two years ago when I first saw Dr Banagan , I would’ve given 5 stars. The appointment went well , she was familiar (on a personal level ) with my pain management Dr , we discussed my previous surgery and surgeon. I thought it was a good apt. As of today , she and her practice get one star. I’ve been waiting two months for my apt with her today only to have one of her staff call me a few hours before my apt to say “ did you realize your apt has been cancelled “?
