Woke Christmas morning to cold house. Furnace was out. Based on good reviews, we decided to try Kelly & Dawson. As it was Christmas Day, we fully expected a day or two wait. Phone was answered on 2nd ring. Steve was on call and rang us back within 35 minutes.. A couple hours later he’d diagnosed and replaced a broken part at a fair price. Competent, professional and upbeat. Thanks to Steve and Kelly and Dawson for a warm Christmas Day.
I have used Kelley & Dawson for many years. Michelle always is pleasant and works to accommodate my schedule. Logan has been my serviceman for at least 3 years. He is always on time, polite, and gives me an accurate accounting of my units, summer and fall. A great company!
My heather broke Saturday night, Sunday I called them and a had a service agent same day. Explained in detail the problem, decided to to put new unit and upgrade the A/C also. Price was well worth it. Monday at 0900 they showed up with the new equipment and by 2:30 pm it was all done. Very happy with the service that they provide, we need more people like that.
Kelley & Dawson come out on 4-8-19 and put in a new air-conditioner and furnace. They did an excellent job, they were very professional and courteous. Caleb, Gage, and Steve worked very hard to meet our needs. BJ explained what We needed and the price was very good.
