Do not use!! This was the worst experience of my life. I used roy beth Kelly to do my mom's probate when she passed away. The lawyer was so rude and not helpful at all. When I would call to check on things she would hang up on me. In such a hard time considering the circumstances she made it even worse. I really wish I would have used someone else!
Do not go to them. They do not help. First she was late to our court date. Then we lost. Now we are trying to appeal.now. We live an hour an 1/2 way now so it is takes a lot for us to come in. So when we drive down there and find that the lady we have to talk to in not in that is the last straw for us.
