I had the best service today ay Kelly Buick SW! Jake was my advisor today and Lucus was also around for counseling if needed. Both guys are super nice and helped me with several issues! Nothing major and I was only in for an oil change but they had my car floors vacuumed ...(and they really needed it!!!) I had managed to get some paint scraped off the front passenger side and Jake was so nice he used the touchup paint I had bought from Kelly's months ago and did a super job off touching all the scrapes up!! From the beginning, I was clearly told that my monthly payments would fall within a specific range that I was comfortable with. I got a Chevy Malibu around feb-mar from Jim Schmidt. Best experience ever, I went to many other dealerships around the Fort Wayne area and nothing compared to them! I found my car within minutes of driving it, they fixed the minor issues wrong and made me very comfortable knowing the car was being handled with care! So far no issues and if so they have checked and made sure I am driving a reliable car. Also the prices are 100 times better than anything I saw before I found what I wanted with them!
