The Worst Ever Doctor experience I have faced! I went today to request some Tests(usual Cholesterol and Diabetic tests) thinking I am due after last year,she started giving her attitude telling how organised she is and she will remind patients if tests are due and bluffing as usual. The clinic is not uploading the Records to My Health record so I told I cant remember when I did my Tests previously so isn't it reasonable for me to request that from you. The worst experience I’ve ever had with Dr. Rubini. You expect a GP to take care of their patients and treat them with care and kindness instead I got the complete opposite treatment and was shown complete disrespect and an attitude from her. I was shocked by how she could treat her patients like that. She had also treated one of my friends the same way just when I thought I was going crazy and maybe it was only me she had done that to. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to her even in the most desperate of times!
