Had the absolutely worst experience with the seller’s agent Salvatore. He was completely uncooperative, refused to tell us what the other offers were when we tried to counter and refused to answer our messages. We countered 3 times going higher everytime. We ended up offering only $10k below asking and he hung up the phone on us and refused to answer. That house had been for sale for over a month and was aggressively decreasing the price.
