If I could give zero stars, I would. Found a condo of our dreams , but needed some work. The refrigerator was gone and the other appliances needed to be replaced. I don’t think it was updated since it was built. Plus one big problem was gross purple carpet in the master bedroom. We gave our first offer. Then countered and countered again until there was an agreement. Signed our purchase agreement, sent a $5000 check. Even planned the closing date around the seller.
