We sold our house with Linda Domis Keller Williams Whittier, and it was not a pleasant process to say the least. Linda sold us on her 40 years experience and did a bait and switch to have us work with her assistant Ginger most of the time. Linda was always out of town during inspection and open houses which she only did one before telling us to lower our selling price. This is not what I paid her for. Great people
Regina Ferron represented the seller, and we were the buyers in the transaction. Regina did not care that the sellers left a bunch of items in the house for us to dump for them. She was not there for the key handoff, and did not care that we had no key to the front door! We had to rekey everything. Regina did not care that she gave us a rotting green pool, when she had claimed just 2 weeks before that it was getting serviced regularly.
