Dale Russo is completely unethical. After having signed a contract to purchase a house he is selling he dragged his feet for four days, avoiding having the contract signed by the second owner. Five showing for that house were supposedly canceled as an agreement had been reached by all parties involved. However, his foot dragging was a tactic used by him as he waited for a cash offer. Keep getting a call from a Ken from Keller Williams after repeatedly telling him I have a realtor. I have told him to stop calling and even hung up on him, he then begins to test me saying “it seems we got disconnected”. And then more texts about how I should switch to him. He is a bit aggressive and bordering on harassment. Would not have Keller Williams on my list to contact should I need a realtor.
I just got the creepiest call from Kenneth Armstrong about my house that I am no longer looking to sell. I have gotten mailings from other agents, but the call felt invasive, pushy and desperate. Also, after I said I was no longer looking to sell, he proceeded to ask where I would have like to be moving if I had sold- why on earth would that ever be his business. I am a doctoral student at SU and will be looking to sell my home in another year or two and would never consider this office after this phone call.
