DO NOT USE JANET ELLISON of Keller Williams from Denver Metro Colorado or KELLER WILLIAMS. She was the buyer’s broker for me and was the lender when I bought a unit in 8/21. Based on of all her incorrect contract forms, her lies, she does not have a mortgage originator license, she will not send me correct payment statements, she will not send me the correct payoff (this is criminal), she blackmailed me in order to try to make me to pay her additional payoff (this is criminal), and she has been in bad faith.
