Eric Sanchez has shown his lack of care for tenants from allowing untreated termites to lying on the move out statement to steal peoples deposit. Eric’s website requires you to email him monthly to make an electronic payment or pay a late fee for systems that don’t work. Asked for info and realtor simply said she didn’t know when the pool was installed. This is important info when buying said home with pool.
The most unethical, rude and absolutely unprofessional people. Avoid at all costs. They do not understand the "management" part in property management and will rip you off wherever they can. People like this shouldn't have power over other people's livelihood.
