I was a buyer with Keller Williams, Misty Deer was my agent, Oscar Morales was the seller's agent who is also with Keller Williams. I'm not sure what it is with Buyer and Seller agents with the same company but it makes it more difficult to complete anything. My contract was terminated Nov 12th 2025. I signed a release of Ernest money form and had to wait for the seller's agent Oscar to communicate this with his client.The client finally signed it on Nov 24th.
