Had a terrible experience with Mrs. Davis. We changed our mind on buying a house. Instead of being professional and helping us find a different one, she became irate and very rude. Still to this day, she refuses to sign the termination paper to give us our earnest money back. Monica, her manager, is not helping either... beware of buying through this branch of KW.
