I bought a house back in around 2012 Anne Davis was my realtor. The buyers were supposed to have a $5000 credit for me in the form of a check at closing and they forgot. Anne thought that it was funny that they forgot and laughed about it. During the January snowstorm, I experienced one of the most frightening real estate showings I’ve ever had. An agent arrived at my property during hazardous weather with another man while my husband was away. I had not been notified of the showing as I always had been by my own Realtor, and I was unable to get my vehicle out of the driveway because of the ice and snow.
