Unfortunately our experience with Lisa Brackett was an absolute mess. She allowed her emotions and friendship to cloud her judgement. At best she managed the paperwork for our transaction. She waited hours to deliver an offer to us and again waited hours to send an acceptance to the buyers. We were left to our own devices and relationships in the real estate field in order to understand the process. Lisa was unable to perform her duties due to emotions relating to her inability to negotiate contractual terms in her favor.

First time home buyer here and had a great experience start to finish because of Jay Bellaud! I had a lot of questions and he always had answers or got the answers for me. He was available when I reached out or got back to me quickly. I was pretty nervous and anxious most of the process and Jay helped ease some of that.
