We recently bought and sold our second home with this company and Carmen Colon. The first time was great, no issues at all. They were amazing which is why we used them again and recommended her to others we knew. This time, when we were doing the final walk through on the house we were selling, the buyers asked where the mower was. We were confused. Bottom line: verbal agreement was made between the agent and I for the real estate agent to find a tenant when buying rental unit but did not keep its promise and did almost no work to deserve the full commission. The broker Avis, who is the agent boss, also did say the agent did nothing wrong and will continue and get the commission that nor the agent or the company deserve.
