Only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 stars was not an option. Joe Clair is a crook!! He violated state laws in our contract and paid off the inspector to show a much cleaner report than it actually was. Do not use him or his inspector!
Joe was an awesome realtor to work with, especially as first time homebuyers. He went above and beyond in many ways, even during the holidays. He helped us understand the process and explained everything on the way. We ended up with a great deal on a house that has more than we had hoped for. He also continues to work with us and contractors for repairs and improvements. Would definitely recommend him and work with him again in the future. Thanks Joe!!
