As an agent not with KW, my experience with this office has been pretty bad. When I called to speak with a manager, no one answered the phone and no one called me back from their antiquated answering machine. Add that to their agent Sam intentionally not giving me the manager’s contact information after several requests. Duke introduced us to a rental property in Irvine that caught our interest. We promptly submitted our application along with all the requested documents. Unfortunately, despite his claim of having sent us an email, (Lie), we never received any communication from him. This assertion seems dubious, as he was unable to provide evidence of the alleged email. Regrettably, our experience with Duke's service has left us dissatisfied. Very unprofessional and sneaky realtors. Do not work with them
Dale was an angel. So polite and professional. He treated us with respect and made this small family of 3 dreams, a reality. Nina was a delight and on top of everything from the start. Just a pleasant and positive experience.
A bad place to start. My agent Anna Zhang left me in the middle of no where, she is not returning my calls or texts and left me in the dark with hundreds of questions. I called the broker two times but was finally able to speak with a supervisor who said she will call me back not sure when is she going to call me as my close of escrow is right there. I do not recommend this broker or agent to anyone looking to buy a house.
