Duke introduced us to a rental property in Irvine that caught our interest. We promptly submitted our application along with all the requested documents. Very unprofessional and sneaky realtors. Do not work with them
Dale was an angel. So polite and professional. He treated us with respect and made this small family of 3 dreams, a reality. Nina was a delight and on top of everything from the start. Just a pleasant and positive experience.
A bad place to start. My agent Anna Zhang left me in the middle of no where, she is not returning my calls or texts and left me in the dark with hundreds of questions. I called the broker two times but was finally able to speak with a supervisor who said she will call me back not sure when is she going to call me as my close of escrow is right there. I do not recommend this broker or agent to anyone looking to buy a house.
I had chance to work with li liliana dai from hong who was my realtor/ agent. She made me go to my bank for 5 day for saving loan papers. She hung up the phone during lunch time this friday. How rude was that. She had a infant kid around 3 or 4 in the background. She sounded busy and she wanted my preapproval letter. She wanted her commission letter but I told her I need buyer's contract first. If you are doing business in california. Do your homework how each bank or lender operate.
