I was going thru process of having inspection done with my agent being Nicholas Santiago, who did not waste ant time asking me for 500.00 for inspection, but after I paid to have inspection done and the home fell the inspection Nicholas never notified me or tried to explain to me why the buyer backed out. This was very unprofessional.
