We were "officially" Jim's 1st customers a couple years ago and he sold our house in 3 days (really, I can even make this up if I wanted too). We had three different offers and we settled for the highest bidder. They also found us a realtor at our new location which was 12hrs away from EP. They are great and should definitely try them out.
