I have had one of the worst experiences ever doing business with this company. I was in contract for a property and during the due diligence period I discovered certain developments taken place around the neighborhood that caused me to cancel the contract. I'm very surprised you have been so unappreciative of what I handed you. I have flipped houses for 35 years, always referring those properties to Real Estate Agents for handling and sales. I do realize that you and the company that you represent are not obligated to compensate me, however, I have always received compensation for the referrals. On November 24, a friend and I viewed Open Houses in Lithonia area and as we were leaving we saw signs for an open house not on our list. Well we decided to stop by to view the property and was greeted by an agent rudely. I didn’t feel comfortable after her initial presentation but we decided to view the property.
