Miscommunication all the way around and several several back and forths with me having to constantly check back up. A lot of dropping the ball and made our overall experience as first time home buyers sour. Not to mention the most odd (although thankful) closing gift myself or anyone’s ever heard of. Extremely disheartened on the closing/ending process. I have several family members moving here that will be needing to purchase a home but this is not where I’ll end up recommending them to.
Love this brokerage!!! Great customer service. Haven, at the front desk, always greets me with a smile and takes care of any of my needs with expert care. John and Clayton are great at consistently arranging quality classes of high value. I'd highly recommend this brokerage to agents and clients alike.
