Paula Silva is incompetent. I've worked with a lot of real estate agents and this was the dumbest person I have ever encountered in this business. The only thing she knew how to do was to avoid the truth, to get her commission. I have one of the most unprofessional landlords represented by this woman and this real estate office should be ashamed. I ve been in the business for 12 years and nobody asked me the proof of funds from my cpa .and they said my offer not completed to present to the owner ! Probably i did 50 unit buyings in this period, they r really asking the things to not make the business..kind of they have different plan on the unit ???? poor owner ,they represent !
