We purchased a home from Yeiry (JD) Sanchez (Keller Williams) She failed to disclose problems with the home which she flipped. During walkthrough we saw a bubble on the ceiling and asked if there was a leak in the roof. She stated she didn't know anything about it. My husband lifted the rug right underneath the bubble on the ceiling and the wood floor was damaged. Incompetent realtors. Go elsewhere.
I recently had Paula as my realtor, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the initial house viewing seemed promising, there was inconsistent information between the posted details and what was presented to me and my family in person. One of the disappointing experiences is that she proposed a deposit fee for my (ESA) dog.
