I'm a black man and tried to hire Belinda from this office. She kept bringing up race and how we black people need to stick together. Saying multiple negative things about caucasians. I would never work with people promoting racism in any way. Our people need to realize we are making racism worse when we perpetuate it. Do not bring up race in professional settings, just because I'm black doesn't mean I'm against whites like you...
Avoid at all cost. This team is a waste of time. I am not sure why would anyone want to list a property with them. We were interested in a property which has been vacant for several months and this team has exclusive broker rights. They list one price, say another price, communicates as if playing doll house. No one has time for nonsense.
Be careful using this office. This guy (Robert Mason) cheers on the fall of democracy. He mocks folks who were peacefully protesting for our country yesterday. The fact that there are still a few digging their heels after seeing footage of their regular-working-American friends, neighbors, clients and colleagues coming out against this regime is astounding. If you’re looking to buy a house or list a house, I do not recommend this guy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I rented at the Art Foundry under Eddie Levin (KW / Watch Dog Properties). Here’s what future tenants should know: -Crooked deposit practices – After move-out, Mr. Levin withheld $1,500+ without supplying legally required invoices or the move-in checklist.
