I had a disappointing experience working with Keenan Jones and Robert Simons. After requesting in writing that my property be withdrawn from the market, the listing remained active for months. It was not withdrawn until after I escalated the matter, and I did not receive responses to my follow-up communications for over a month. I recommend documenting all communications and ensuring expectations regarding responsiveness and listing changes are clearly established when working with this team.
I had a disappointing experience with Ashleigh Green, who took my application fee but failed to follow through on her commitments. Despite initially seeming enthusiastic about helping me, she ignored my calls, texts, and didn't keep me updated on the status of my application. As a busy mom, I found her lack of courtesy and empathy particularly disheartening. I wouldn't recommend working with her, it was a waste of time and money.
