We worked with Ruthie Oland at Keller Williams Realty, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home in the Northampton area. In such a tough market we were not the most optimistic about finding a home. Nicole was wonderful throughout the process, and helped us make it happen! She guided us through the ups and downs, made it to EVERY home showing that we asked her to accompany us for (this was approximately a 45 minute commute plus for her everytime), and was quick to share her knowledge and expertise. The sale of our home was very complicated and took a little while. This was through no fault of our realtor Andrzej Jamroga. He guided us through every step and was truly an advocate for us. When things were needed for the sale he let us know exactly what we needed to do. We lived over an hour away and Andrzej handled a number of inspections to save us the trip. We could not be happier with how this experience went. We would highly recommend Keller Williams and especially Andrzej!
Carrie was extremely easy to work with, and quickly responded to all our questions and requests. Carrie was very knowledgeable not just about the home buying process, but also about things to look out for when viewing homes. She made sure that we had a complete picture of the homes we were interested in and helped us get the home we wanted without much issue.
