Your agent in Columbus Ohio Melinda Dugan sold an Ipad to a mentally disabled friend of mine and had her son Matt Dugan, for her protection,do the deal at his job. The Ipad we were given was a 16gb one where as she promised a 64gb model. I asked for a refund and she got rude with me, and when i suggested going back to her sons job to talk to him about a refund, she called the cops on me who told her she misrepresented the item and she should refund my money. Jim was wonderful to work with. He put up with us calling/texting him with questions and was always friendly. He organized our sale and purchase closings perfectly with no drama! We would highly recommend him to friends and family!!!!
Becky was absolutely wonderful to work with every step of the way when we bought our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable and was always able to answer any questions or concerns. She was always available if we needed to contact her, and would respond amazingly quickly to emails or texts. On top of this level of professionalism, she is just an all around nice and wonderful person, and you can rely on her knowing that she has your best interests at heart and will work hard for you.
** EDIT** My agent has since reached out to me to discuss the experience I had. She was very sincere and apologetic and was able to provide more insight on what had gone wrong. The title company as well as a previous admin they were using, have since been let go due to unsatisfactory performance. It seems as though KW has solved the source of the issues.
