They are crooked thieves. We purchased an acher lot our realtor knowing we wanted to build turns out our acher is .8 achers and we cannot put a home on the land because the law says we have to have at least .92 for sceptic. We specifically asked if there were building restrictions and we're told "NONE" When asked we were told that the survey is 1 acher but the survey includes the county road. we should of been told that we were only buying .8 achers. lawyer here we come.
Do ANY of your rentals allow pets?? Disappointed and angry.
Jonathan Lundy did a great job selling an investment property we owned in the Joplin area in 2018. We were grateful for Jonthan because he stayed in contact with us during the entire process. He did a great job of actively showing the property and in the end connected us with a seller. Since we did not live in the Joplin area, he made the process of paperwork and even closing go off without a hitch. We were grateful for his patience and understanding.
