Be very careful dealing with this agency. Whatever is said to you, get it in writing. Get behind the smiles and flowery talk, it is all deception. Anything will be said to get you to buy something you really don't want or need. Shop around. There are more honest and professional real estate agents in the area. And, YOU CAN negotiate an agents fee, much less than the standard fee.
Land sold very quickly. Shannon was great, a step ahead with everything. Had answer for every question. Communicated great!
