Jenny Smith from KW just guided me through my first home purchase, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She's highly knowledgeable, patient, honest, and really good at helping her clients understand everything about the process. She always had my back, and she got me into a great home during an impossible market for buyers.
This company is now ignoring the national Do Not Call list and is making cold calls to unsuspecting people. They have been reported.
UNFORTUNATELY a termite inspection was incomplete and not cleared before I bought a home 18 months ago. A patch of dry rot was not addressed by the KW realtor nor was the fact the pest inspector did an incomplete report, wanting an extra $600 to do a complete inspection. Neither situation was ever brought to my attention by the KW realtor prior to the sale. This is a breach of ethics.
Too many transactions and multiple referrals. There is only one place to go and it's here and Jon and Sandy are the ONlY folks to use. There is no one more savvy, honest,and dependable and thorough than them.
