Mike had an immense amount of patience while showing us 52 homes. He listened to both of our needs and wants and helped to find the perfect house for us.
Fantastic experience with Mike Bancroft. Very personable, caring guy who wants to get the most out of what you have, and get the absolute most out of what you want. The selling process was the easiest I've ever experienced, and it amazes me to this day how much we were able to get for selling our home. He was consistently able to communicate directly on any questions, and keep our confidence high. Would 100% use him again, and have already given him a referral.
Would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a realtor. Answered all our questions & helps us through the whole process as first time home buyers and made it as pain free as possible.
I highly recommend Mike Bancroft if you are looking to sell or purchase a home. Mike has been very helpful in helping me and my family sell 2 homes and purchase 2 more and one purchase was during the pandemic! He went out of his way with each and every purchase/sale. Especially the last home where I was alone and needed extensive help in getting the house ready for sale.
