A great place to conduct one's personal or team business. All the tools of learning the trade are here.
Friendly staff and high level achievers. All week long training. Knowledgeable teams leads and facilitators with ever smiling strong multi talented customer service support staff at the front desk. She’s awesome. The Team deserve 5 star but the high monthly pay, commission split for a newbie is not working for me. But overall is a very good brokerage to be part of if you are ready to do business. You will be challenge, motivated, and pushed until you start winning.
A year ago I rented a place in Chatham from someone that was represented by one of their agents, Terry Brannin. I was paying a very expensive rent, but the landlord would refuse to do necessary maintenance work. It was a nightmare and I had to move out.
