Do not rent with Redemption Property Management (Karen Rainer). We moved into a completely dirty and disgusting home. The fence was broken the entire time we lived there. All of our maintenance request went unanswered and we still have not received our security deposit.
We rented a home with Karen Rainer for 1 year and it was the worst experience ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. She is a terrible real estate agent, and worse than anything she is incredibly rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER. Working with her had to be the worst experience of my life. I wish I never entered into a contract with her. If I could have one re-do in life, it would be to never work with her again.
We rented a home from Karen Rainer last year and it was the worst real estate experience either of us have had in our lives. I have emails to back everything mentioned in here. First the real estate lock box with key inside was left on my door for 3 months after moving in. Countless emails to Karen and calling the office in Jersey Village went unanswered.
