Frank Zaccherio sold us a property in Pinehurst that was left a total mess as we filled 4 garbage cans with trash, old clothes and debris. The kitchen floor was filthy. The ice maker was no longer functional and the dryer vent was completely blocked, a serious fire hazard. He did not work with the sellers to get the place clean and presentable, and was derelict in his responsibility. Do not use him!
I just recently had a successful cross sale with Rebeca Vasquez. She was very pleasant and professional, and I would recommend her services.

My agent is a professional who thoroughly guided us through multiple offers and a highest and best process, we know it well, and that’s how we purchased our current home. The problem here is not about our understanding of multiple offers. The problem is that your agent announced a highest and best call, then rescinded it. Truly so disappointed in the unprofessionalism displayed by this property group. Specifically with Ashley Shaus. To send out requests for highest and best offers by a certain time and date and then to retract that and go back on your word is absolutely ridiculous. We were lied to, strung along, and ultimately lost the opportunity to own a piece of land that was extremely meaningful to our family. Shame on you. We will never use this group and I will be sure to spread the word.
