Of all the realtors I’ve dealt with, Latoya Lancaster was the best. She gave me tips on how to prepare the house for sale and they were simple, DIY things. She had an Open House on a Sunday and it sold Tuesday, only because Monday was Memorial Day. She also closed in 30 days. Thank you Latoya, for selling the house and making the entire process simple.
Would definitely not recommend doing business with this company or their real estate agents
My dogs started freaking out and discovered it was because a man walking 2 small dogs walked up to my door and let them run around in my yard on a long leash and left a door hanger on my door for Latoya Lancaster. Checked my cameras and saw this man meet with a woman in the road in front of my house who came from a neighbors door. The flyer said "I'm not just a real estate agent, I'm your neighbor". First off, don't let your dogs run around in my yard, secondly you don't live anywhere near this neighborhood. Seems very unpro... read more
