He’s super accommodating, goes out of his way to ensure you’ve seen every available option, doesn’t mind if you text him at 9:00 pm with ridiculous questions, and will 100% make you feel like you are his only client. So helpful, so professional, so friendly, so fun!
Our experience with Lance wasn't that great. He was the realtor selling the house we purchased. He was nice and professional in person. There were a few things misrepresented on the listing and property disclosure, and he didn't seem to mind that is was misrepresented when contacted about it. He gave us very short time limits on things, but was slow to respond to us. I guess he'd be a good realtor to sell your house, but be cautious if he's the realtor on the other end of your purchase.
