Catherine Pennell and her support team helped my wife and I purchase fractional ownership of a condo on north shore of Kauai. Veronica and her team did what I thought was impossible. I switched to them after 8 months of trying to sell my house through another realtor. After there meticulous prep work the house was on contract almost immediately. They walked us through every step of the way and bent over backwards more times then I can remember. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a house on Oahu.
