A wonderful realtor. I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting to purchase a home. She worked so hard and was always available to answer any questions or concerns any time of day. There were some issues with the title to the property on the sellers side and she really came through dealing with the seller agent and keeping me positive about the process of getting the house.
Very responsive. Called her on a Saturday to view a home on Sunday. She was happy to do it. We ran her over two counties viewing many homes over two months. She always did her homework, had information on home and area not listed in ad. Once we found the home, Heather walked us through every phase of the purchasing process to closing. When home inspection noted defects, she negotiated with seller to correct each defect. Her knowledge of the tri-county market is impressive. I would recommend Heather to anyone
Heather is an excellent realtor who I would highly recommend. She pays attention to detail and is on top of every aspect of the process from resolving anticipated problems prior to closing to keeping the seller informed at all stages of the process. She is high energy, knowledgeable, diligent, smart and has a pleasant personality.
Heather was a great asset in helping us find a home. We were on a deadline and she went over and above to help us. It was greatly appreciated!! We were in another city and she was willing to FaceTime me while showing me the property with my family.
Heather was extremely helpful with her knowledge, availability to answer any question or find out the answers for us. She will help you even after the sale if you ever need any help with resources in your area. I will recommend her to all of my friends in the future on buying a home. Her whole team was wonderful and very punctual with responses.
Heather in my opinion is probably one of the best realtors in central FL if not the entire state, her professionalism and integrity are second to none. Not only is she an outstanding agent and a pure pleasure to deal with but she is an even better human being, which to me is the most important thing.
We used Heather to sell our home in Valrico and to purchase our beautiful new home in Plant City both at the same time and she was outstanding!
